Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Kevaly handles information when you use our AI lifestyle photo generation app.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address and user ID.
- Selfies or photos you choose to upload or capture for photo generation. These photos may include face data, such as facial appearance, facial geometry, facial features, pose, expression, skin tone, hair, and other visual characteristics visible in the image.
- Generated photos, generation settings, favorites, feedback, and photo credit activity.
- For Travel Photos, the destination name and map coordinates you actively choose for the requested scene. Kevaly does not request or collect your device's live or real-time location for this feature.
- Technical information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.
How We Use Information
- To create the AI-generated photo you request.
- To find and prepare a destination scene and temporary map reference when you request a Travel Photo.
- To manage your account, photo credits, subscriptions, purchases, referrals, and restore purchases.
- To save generated photos to your History and Favorites when applicable.
- To provide support, troubleshoot issues, improve safety, and maintain service quality.
Selfies And Generated Photos
Your selected selfies are used to generate the requested result. Cloud copies of uploaded selfies are designed to be deleted after the generation job finishes or fails. Generated photos may remain available in your account history unless you delete them.
Face Data
Kevaly collects face data only from selfies or photos that you choose to upload or capture in the app. Face data may include facial appearance, facial geometry, facial features, pose, expression, skin tone, hair, and other visual characteristics visible in the photos. Kevaly uses this face data to create the AI-generated lifestyle photos you request, preserve your facial identity across generated images, improve generation quality for the current request, troubleshoot failed generations, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Kevaly does not use face data for advertising, user tracking, identity verification, biometric identification, or determining a person’s identity. Face data is not sold. Selected selfies and generation instructions may be sent to third-party AI image generation providers only to complete the generation you request. Account data, uploaded photos, generated photos, and related service records may be stored with Kevaly’s cloud service providers.
Cloud copies of uploaded selfies containing face data are designed to be deleted after the generation job finishes or fails. Temporary processing files and operational logs may remain for a limited period as needed for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Generated photos may remain in your account history unless you delete them. You can delete uploaded selfies, generated photos, or all photo data in Account settings, or contact support for help.
Third-Party Services
Kevaly may use third-party providers for authentication, database storage, payments, app analytics, destination search, map imagery, and AI image generation. Selected selfies and generation instructions may be sent to third-party AI providers only to complete the generation you request. When you use Travel Photos, the destination name and coordinates you select may be sent to our map provider to return search results and a temporary map reference. The temporary map reference is used for the requested generation and is not stored as one of your selfies or generated photos.
Payments
Purchases made in the iPhone app are processed by Apple. Purchases made on the Kevaly website are processed by our web payment provider. Kevaly does not receive your full payment card details. RevenueCat may process purchase and subscription status to deliver credits, manage access, and restore eligible purchases.
Your Controls
- You can delete uploaded selfies, generated photos, or account data through Account settings when available.
- You can contact support to request help with privacy or account deletion.
- You can manage subscriptions and refund requests through the platform or payment provider used for the purchase.
Children
Kevaly is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the app if you are not old enough to consent to this policy in your region.
