Common Questions

  • How do I get better results? Use 1–3 clear solo selfies with good lighting. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, group photos, blurry images, and photos where your face is small.
  • Where are my generated photos? Generated photos appear in Preview after completion and are also available in History inside the app.
  • How do photo credits work? Each generation uses photo credits. Credit cost depends on the selected quality and image size.
  • How do refunds work? App Store in-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple Support or your App Store purchase history.
  • How do I delete my data? Use the privacy controls in Account settings, or contact support if you need help.
